For the conversion into group accommodation, we will start with the left part of the building. There will be a spacious kitchen, a multifunctional room and four double rooms. Including the adjacent casita, we will then have capacity for 10 people.
The exterior of the building will be inspired by Tuscan country houses. Think windows with shutters, earthy colours, climbing plants against the facade, a veranda; in short, a lovely place where you would prefer to be all the time.
The same goes for the interior, of course. In terms of style, we opt for warm colours, beautiful Spanish tiles and a mix of concrete and wood. Curious? Take a look at the Pinterest boards we put together.
While the building is being renovated, we will construct a professional playground elsewhere on the premises. With possibilities for beach volleyball, jeux-de-boules, CrossFit or yoga, for example. Next to the playground is the saltwater swimming pool and there will be an outdoor kitchen.
